KarstSurvey Site Analysis

Much of Florida sits on limestone that dissolves over time, opening voids, raveling soils and sinkholes beneath a site. Geo-Tech runs a karst survey site analysis on every project, combining ground penetrating radar, soil borings and engineering review to show where the risk is and how serious it is.

The findings feed straight into foundation, stormwater and site layout recommendations, so you know before construction whether an area needs further exploration, grouting or a design change.
